Prospects is recruiting a Supply Chain Assistant to support the Supply Chain Manager in managing the NCS subcontractors across London; monitoring those subcontractors against delivery profiles and KPIs on a regular basis.

Job Description

Support the Supply Chain Manager in managing the NCS subcontractors across London; monitoring those subcontractors against delivery profiles and KPIs on a regular basis

Provide continued support to subcontractors in meeting contract requirements

Support the Supply Chain Manager to ensure adherence to the subcontracting conditions of the contract and to identify any common areas of concern, escalating as appropriate

Liaise directly with subcontractors in respect of enquiries made by or to them in relation to terms and conditions of the subcontract, targets, and performance

Ensure up-to-date documents and records are held for/by subcontractors, escalating any concerns to the Supply Chain Manager

Help to identify training needs of subcontractors and quality and compliance issues

Use MI and performance data to monitor and support subcontractors’ delivery

Support in monitoring and achieving the LEP KPIs

Liaise with the wider team where appropriate and attend team meetings, training and Network Days as required

Ensure adherence to the company’s equalities and diversity policy

Other duties commensurate with the level and nature of the post, including attending events and occasional out of hours working

Personal Specification

Excellent organisational skills including record keeping, establishing and using effective administrative systems

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good IT skills, including ability to use Word, Excel and databases

Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Able to prioritise, plan and organise own work to meet deadlines and targets

Able to work in a team and support colleagues

Willing to occasionally travel across London

An understanding of and commitment to promoting equality and diversity
