Digital Technologies Workshops for LWBLA Members By Vocational Innovation

September - December 2014

The UK government is requiring that from 2015 all courses are to have online content to secure SFA funding, and they are expecting an increased use of digital technologies in the delivery and assessment of apprenticeships.

From September 2014 the statement 'I am enabled and empowered to use technology and online resources to support my learning' will be added to Ofsted's Learner View survey and Ofsted inspectors are being provided with clearer guidance on how to judge and report on the effective use of technology to enhance learning. It has never been more important for Apprenticeship providers to develop and enhance their blended model of provision.

LWBLA are working with Vocational Innovation to roll out a series of workshops across the Autumn to support providers in the area of digital technologies. All workshops will be full day, 10am to 4pm, and held at our offices, Waterbridge House, 32-36 Loman Street, London SE1 0EH. £75 per delegate (members rate).
